Still a chunk of work to come installing the hydro but we are happy to report we are dam near completion on phase one. These photos show the later stages of the aquaduct and the dam up and running to the storage tank which has been cleaned and has a plug system for emptying that drains the tank when needed.
All is working at the moment and we will be filling in more gaps as we go. So we decided to have a launch of what could be plunge pool once the hydro is working.
PLUNGE POOL LAUNCHED – MAY 2016
All the shots of the plunge pool launch are up. A little cold but great fun. The idea over time is to improve the sluice so we can completely block off the channel if we want to heat the water in the tank. Then use the hydro to heat the water using a pump system to take the edge off the temperature.
